I cannot tell how great this company is. We had an issue that was looked at several times by others and no one could figure it out. Tucker came in and fixed within minutes. In addition, he explained to us what the issue was and it was obvious he had extensive knowledge. Plus he was friendly snd courteous! When we called we didn’t have to wait around forever for someone to come out, either. I am an insurance adjuster and have to deal with appliance companies all the time in my work and they are by far the best!
